Why 18 MB and not 25?
When an email is sent, its attachments are encoded and grow by roughly a third. 18 MB leaves room for that and for the text of the email.
Will the quality be good enough?
For short clips, yes. For a long video, 18 MB means a lower resolution and a softer picture, so trimming it first helps a lot.
Which mail services is this for?
Any service that accepts about 25 MB of attachments, including Gmail, Yandex Mail and Mail.ru. If yours has a smaller limit, check its help page.
How do I send a large video by email?
Compress it here to about 18MB and attach the MP4. If the video is too long for good quality at that size, trim it first or send a cloud-storage link.

What if the result is still over 18MB?
The page makes up to three passes to fit. If it still cannot, it shows the size it reached; trimming the video usually solves it.
